Blackboard Administration Support Services:

Our industry experts will perform system administration, technical support, and training for faculty, staff and students for Blackboard Learning Management System. Specific duties include supporting the Blackboard system, resolving technical issues related to the Blackboard system, and supporting the applications that are integrated into the Blackboard Learn environment.

We will partner with your team to configure, maintain, document, and support the Blackboard environment; participate in the integration planning, testing, and implementation of Blackboard LMS updates; perform application configuration and enhancement changes; and document and communicate changes to the user community due to new configurations, upgrades, and patches.
